Saule Bulegenova is a Research Associate at the Center for Regional and Local Development in Astana, where she works on data acquisition, research design, and the development of policy briefs and grant proposals in fiscal decentralization, transparency, and local economic development. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA in Management from Suleyman Demirel University and completed the Singapore Component Programme at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. Before her current role, she spent nearly eight years at the Graduate School of Public Policy, Nazarbayev University, as Teaching Assistant and Lecture Coordinator. Her earlier career includes lecturing in marketing, management, and economics at Suleyman Demirel University and teaching AP Economics at Astana Garden School.
